UASolutions has an extensive experience on SORA applications for operations over people and beyond visual line of sight.
Nathanel Apter, the founder of UASolutions worked for the Swiss Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA) after obtaining a Master in mechanical engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne.
At the FOCA, he established the policies and processes underlying the SORA Evaluation. He has contributed in establishing regulatory policies for drones in the context of the SORA drones as for example for the handling of dangerous goods, for drone swarms, for occurence reporting, for ground risk evaluation, for change management and for many others regulatory topics.
